All ROKER products are currently order-to-make. The production will commence once we receive the order confirmation and typically take 3 weeks to finish the product before shipping.

SHIPPING

Our current shipping services are provided by DHL Express.

EU countries: £20 per pair

Non-EU countries: £30 per pair

Please note that for U.K. and other EU countries, the price at the check-out includes VAT. For non-EU countries, customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes, in addition to the price displayed.

RETURN

For products that are made to order and handcrafted in London we do not accept order cancellation, refund and exchange unless under exceptional circumstances.

For products purchased from the Sample Room, please contact us within 7 days or receipt and then ensure that they are returned within 30 days from when you received your order. Items must be returned to us in unworn and perfect/original condition. Do not return any items before contacting us in advance. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain proof of postage. All postage costs for returns/exchanges must be covered by the customer and will not be refunded.

We will refund you in 14 (FOURTEEN) calendar days from the date on which we receive the returned Product(s) at our atelier:

Any refunds made by us will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order. ROKER reserves the right to withhold amounts for Products which are found to be damaged on return.
